I have 01 BF90 that keeps overheating. The water pressure is very irratic. drops from 25psi to 15 psi with no rhyme or reason. on a plane anywhere from 3000 to 5600. Pee stream stays strong. New impeller, and housing (kit). Have double check it twice. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Check the thermostat(number 10 in diagram) and pressure relief valve(number 4).

Thermostat, and poppet are new. Don't know why the water psi is so jumpy?

As the pressure relief valve opens, due to high pressure water pressure will drop.

What is the normal operating temperature range, and at what temp does the alarm go off?

The thermostat starts to open at 162 degrees and overheat alarm signals at 243 degrees.
