Crankshaft Pulley Bolt won't loosen

I'm having difficulty removing the crankshaft pulley bolt on a BF130. I have the special tool to hold the crank still, but can't get the bolt to break free. There is no corrosion obvious. I'm going to try to apply some heat with an electric heat gun and see if I can break it loose. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Will need an air impact wrench to get loose.

What about removing the starter and installing the tool that holds the flywheel stationary, then loosening the pulley bolt? An outboard mechanic near me suggested that.

Never tried it but then we alsways use impact wrench.

Crankshaft nut removal

On my five hp, I held the flywheel stationary with a strap wrench and removed the crankshaft nut with an air impact wrench. Comes off in a jif.
