My '98 bf90a developed a bog and stall when accellerating. We set all to manual specs but while doing so developed an irregular sputter between 1200 and 3000 rpm. As we adjusted the carbs in and out the bog got some better but the sputter remained. Recently replaced a clean fuel filter and plugs. Any thoughts ?

Need to get rid of anyhorish and there is another one too, I reported them both and nothing has been done...
