Default What prop size to increase speed?

My Honda OEM prop is 15 x 17 aluminum 3 blade on a Honda 150hp. WOT will red line - I had the rev limiter kick in a few weeks ago. The RPMs were around 5600. Now I am nervous to run over 5000. Motor is on a 3 toon pontoon. I have read increasing pitch (from 17 to 19) will lower RPMs and increase speed. Is this right? How do these Honda's respond? (i.e., how many RPM drop with each 1 inch increase in pitch?) Where should I target my WOT RPMs?

The rpm range for that motor is 5000-6000 rpm's. Going to the 19" would lower the rpm's about 300-400 rpm's, being it's a pontoon boat may not see much difference in speed.
