I started the boat for the first time this year and found one of motors high temp alarm sounded after running for a few minutes. The boat was in the water and I was getting a steady stream of water discharging. The motor is a 2003 and I typically change the water pump every year but I'm not sure this is a water pump issue.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated..

Water pump is the best place to start to make sure it is getting enough water to engine, check thermostats.
