turning down the idle
I have a 93 honda 4 stroke, tiller handle , modle # bf25a. I would like to turn down the idle. the engine has 3 idle screws. Is it a matter of turning the idle screws ccw till the idle comes down? Is it that simple?

bottom carb sets the idel speed
