Tilt/trim wrench

Hi, does anyone know of a tool to remove the guide tube from the lower tilt cylinder on a BF40A? Serial #3010186, BAYS3601610.

The part # in the shop manual is 0709A-ZW40100 but I can't find anywhere to get it. Honda Canada will only sell to dealers.

Is there an after market tool that will work? Thanks for any help.

OK I finally had a wrench made at a machine shop to take the cylinder apart. Does anyone know if there's a kit available with all the O-rings that now have to be replaced or do I have to order them individually? It seems from the diagram that O-rings for the valves (#14-19) cannot be ordered separate from the valve, so does the whole valve have to be replaced? Thanks.

Honda doesn't offer a kit just order parts needed.
