Hi all,
the tilt on my 2003 BF 90 has failed and wont raise the motor. The trim works still. I am probably looking at either a costly repair or a replacement. Does it have to be a Honda OEM or are there other units which fit?
I think I read that the Yamaha is similar.

Sorry for not being clearer. What I was wondering is if the whole assembly could be replaced by one of another make, not necessarily Honda original. Would it fit and perform the same?
