Default Service advice for Bf8A

I bought a used honda BF8A for my sailboat and i have some questions, first thing is going to sound a little dumb but i dont know whats wrong i build a engine stand and i noticed when i hung the engine from it on the bottom of the shaft near the prop a few drops of oil came out is this a problem or is this normal?? I didnt run it, it just leaked out overnight from being verticle on the stand, only about 3 drops. My next question is the previous owner started this up from cold start it took one pull and ran great but i would still like to do all the basic services on it before i put it on my boat since he didnt know when it was last worked on, my idea is to replace the following- Spark plugs, impeller, fuel filter, oil change, lower oil change, clean and rebuild carb. Does this sound about right anything else any of you would add or take away? I just want it too be in great shape before i take it offshore, thanks again! Matt

Hard to say about the oil leak but when you change oils look for water in oil.
