have a 1995 9.9 that has rum perfectly until recently. engine always starts on 2nd pull. Recently started up and when choke disengaged motor ran like choke was still engaged for about 5 seconds and quit. Would not restart. Thought plugs somehow fouled. Took them out and they were clean. Turns out I now have no spark.
What can I check before taking to dealer? Only fuse I can find is for starter and that is OK.
