Default Need help in the Marshall Islands

I have 50 horse Honda it has not and will not run for 6 months now. I believe problem is with carbs.
However I can not dismantle and clean jets because some one else stripped out
slot in head of brass plugs to access jets. I am trying to find ways get it going.
I currently managed to get it running on one cyclinder but that is all. It also
does strange things--- like you have to open the carb drain screw to get it to run, close the drain screw it shuts off. This may be a long drawn out process of elimination. However I have to get engine fixed people depend on it. Where do I start---.

Probably will have to get the jets out and clean carbs to get it to run properly. Might have to replace carbs if unable to them out.

Default Got them runnnig

As noted I can not get to the jets. I even cut down into the brass plugs to
deepen the screw slots. Even with a propane torch, square shaft screw driver and vice grips as well they will not budge.

I do not have ultrasonic cleaner either.

I tried multiple soaks in solvent and carb cleaner then compressed air. Stll no joy. Finally I resorted to air conditioner clearner. The was injected
into every port and hole with a syringe. Also carbs were positioned on cups an the cups fill sufficiently to cove brass plug and jets. Then heavy flushing with water and then compressed air. This worked on carbs 2 and 3. Number 1 had yet more troubles The solenoid sump and feed pipe on the bowl bottom was totally blocked with white alumnium oxide powder. I had to drill out the brass ball and then the actual tube on a drill press. The hole was re-sealed with a small metat screw and JB weld. These may no be approved methods and yes the acid does etch the coating on the carb. However the engine is runnking---
