Hello all,

I have a Honda BF50, that was left without the proper handling for 12 Month's, and now found a problem, the steering wheel is
blocked, I can not move it for any side...! from my initial checking I didn't detect any possible issue therefore I'm planning to
disconnect the cylinder from the tiller arm in order to define the problem area, but I would like to have you're advisor about what
can be the cause of this problem and the related solutions. All you're help is very welcomed.

It's usually the cable seized up in tilt tube of outboard, may need to remove cable from motor, clean and regrease.
