Hello,
I ordered a swivel bracket for my outboard (Part no.H-50201-ZW9-630ZA 50201-ZW9-630ZA CASE *NH282MU* (Honda Code 6641815)), and realized when I received it that it was too long. It is meant to fit a 12" shaft, whereas the old one I need is for a short shaft of 8".

I can't find the proper number on the website and Kyle from Boats.net requested I ask you guys.

Can you advise me what is the proper Swivel Bracket part no. for my outboard? The plaque on the frame reads: BF8D, BFP8D. Ser No. BAAJ-1102238.

That serial number is model BF8D2 SHSA which is a short shaft model.
