Honda BF25 without power

I have a 10 year old Honda BF25 that I bought last year. The problem is that it is very powerless, only feels like 10-15hp on my 13ft RIB

The carburators have been cleaned by two different servicemen but without any improvement of performance. They both claim that they cannot find any other problem with the motor.

Does anyone have any idea?

did they re-sysnc with vacuum gauge
check compression

I have checked the compression as well, and it is appr 8 psi on all three cylinders.

I am very confused.

If you only have 8psi for compression, I think you should check your guage. It should be well over 100psi.

Sorry, the compression is 8bars which is appr 120 PSI
