I have a 2003 Honda BF225A, when starting - the engine will fire - then stall. I checked fuses - fuse #2 ****n. I have attempted to replace #2, but it keeps ****ing this fuse. I see some answers here but nothing definative. Does anyone know if clearing the VST will be the fix, or is it a bad fuel pump? And if it is the fuel pump, is it the High or Low Pressure?

You can disconnect the lead going to electric fuel pump and see if still ****s a fuse. The electric pump in vapor separatot tank is the high pressure pump.
