2006 motor bapj runs great 300 hours , ( 150 hours of me running) saltwater use , looking under the cover it looks like new .

While running the over heat alarm sounds after 10-30 minutes of running . Took it to dealer nobles marine in leesburg florida , they said low water pressure and needs impellars. $400 later it still occurs and is getting more frequent .

The pee stream is very strong with cool water flowing out of it ( same as sarboard motor)

Alarm goes off and engine shuts down . restart instant and run for another 30 minutes no problem .
on the dash ,the green light by th ekey stays on and the red light comes on during the alarm.

I just ordered a replacement heat sensor to see if this solves it

Any reccomendations???

motor is now out of warranty and impellars were not in warranty
any advice appreciated
