Default Honda BF115 hydraulic leak

My motor slowly lowers when in the lower position so after further investigation it appears that there is a hydraulic leak at the top of the main piston. Can this top seal be replaced or do I have to replace the entire piston? I checked the schematic, and it doesn't list a seal at this area. The entire piston cost $343.66 at iboats.com, ***! If this is the case, can I replace the piston without removing the motor? Are there other seals I should replace?
Thanks for the insight.
