Honda BF 150 starting issues

Running perfectly,but recently the alternator light came on and it beep continously.It stopped for a moment when return to dock. However, when tried starting up again before my next trip, it just wouldn't start. It tumbles perfectly but will not start with continous beeps and the alternator light comes on. Please note that the 2 beeps at the turn of the key, is present.

any possible suggestion will be greatly appreciated

sorry for some miss information in my post.......it should of been check engine light and not alternator light

Check the fuel filter to see if water in fuel.

we have check the complete fuel system.no water was found.we found 2 ****n fuses..10A and 15A which was replaced,but the engine is just turning over but not starting

Need to have diagnostic computer connected to it to find what fault codes it has. Check fuel pressure and ignition spark tests.
