hi ,
can anyone please give me advice on this out board. i had it running couple of years ago then left it in the garage. i now have a use for it but cant get it to start? it isnt sparking so i have ordered new plugs however i cant remember the start proceedure????? there is no tiller as its set for remotes there is a push button next to oil pressure running light is this just a kill switch? any help would be much appreciated.

yes unplug that stop switch and make sure it is not in gear
