Honda 225 runs very rough

I have a 2003 Honda 225 serial number BagJ-11008xx that runs like garbage at idle and lower rpm situations. It has roughly 190 hours on it. For a while it barely would run at all at any level of throttle as it seemed to surge and would eventually die. After running it at around at lower rpm's for a while (15-20 minutes) it seemed to work itself though the worst of it but it still idles very poorly. It was almost like there was gas in the fuel but my raycor filter didn't have a drop of water in them. Just in case I went ahead and burned through all the fuel and filled back up again. (80 Gallon tank). The problem is still present after 2 full tanks. This happened about 3 weeks ago in some pretty rough seas in the PWS area of Alaska. Needless to say I was fairly concerned at the time and would like to figure out what is going on. The nearest servicing dealer is 6 hours away and they have an awful reputation. The closest servicing dealer with a good rep is 8 hours away so I need to try and figure this one out myself. I would really appreciate any help that this board can offer.

Probably need to clean Fuel Vapor Separator tank and fuel pump screen, replace high pressure fuel filter.

would you post following part numbers needed for this job? I have searched the database and believe I have the correct ones but would like to double check before placing an order as I am in Alaska.

High pressure filter and associated O-ring numbers
low presure filter
fuel/water seperater filter
