Honda 2001 200hp goes dead when in forward. after cool down of 10 minutes it starts but once again goes dead after putting in gear. Keyboard goes completely dead.Pulled out of water, the power had returned. Started to raise motor with tilt and went dead again. Battery terminals are clean. runs fine out of water in neutral. Help .
