Default High voltage problem

I have twin CR '09 BF150's on my 26' Glacierbay cat.
Have been having this problem since from around 100hrs.
Port (CR) motor is now on it's third replacement alternator. With 30 hours on this alternator and a total of 400 hours on the motor, I just started to have random intermittant voltage spikes again. The battery light and intermittant horn go off and I am reading 17.2 V. It is a brand new blue top optima battery and this battery runs my garmin GPS, VHF, and stereo system.
My Honda mechanic and I are stumped.
Please help!!!

There isn't any bulletins on charging problems on the Bf150 engines, your mechanic needs to contact Honda to see if can get you some help.

He has been in communication with Honda but Honda said to change voltage regulator. We did that and it didn't help. Then they said change the alternator. It only Fixed it (temporarily) with a completely new alternator.
Went through all the recommendations directly from Honda. Was just curious if anyone had ever had this problem.
Going to continue to communicate with Honda and go through all the electrical and wiring again I guess. Just hoping someone out there could help.
Thanks

***, i have the exact same problem. I have twin 09 bf150's on my new boat (built in 2009). My problems started at about 300 hours. My honda dealer replaced one of my altinators and had me match my batteries. They suggested that my charging systems matched due to the sharing a common ground. The original set-up i had, my house battery was a battery 3 times the size of a normal marine battery (semi-truck battery), and the other was a normal size marine battery. They thought that the altinators are overcharging the little battery to match the big battery and the different size batteries are confusing the voltage regulators. So we matched the systems and all's well until the other day. Now, i get the pulseing voltage alarm WITH NO LIGHTS..So i undid all my grounds, cleaned them up and re-installed them. Cleaned all the positive side connections. I brought my batteries in and had them tested and fully charged. I took it out the other day and with the alarms sounding on both sides, with no lights, the port side engine blew a 20 amp fuse. So Please let me know if you have a solution.
