Default Help!! Rot hole in the block, 225 4 stroke

Hi, does anyone have any info on this?? I have an 05 honda 225 4 stroke
I purchased 2. I put the first one on the stand, changed all the filters, oil, cleaned out the fuel sys. We started it up and it runs like a honda, Perfectly.
Well, I saw water leaking from under the skirt, took it off, restarted the motor, And I have a hole just under the head gasket in the block. If you are looking at the heads its on the left side on the bottom. These motors sat at an outboard dealers shop on the rack for two years. They have low hrs and look beautiful, and the first one runs beter than it looks. Any advise on repairing this hole? I am a welder, but I realy hope I don't have to rip the whole thing down just to TIG up a hole. Has anyone ever done any other type of repair?? Epoxy?? Bubble gum?? Devcon?? Belzona??
Sorry my first post is such a doozy......

Thanks.......
Rock.......
