Default Head Bolt Torque and Timing

I have a 1998 BF40A,serial no. 2000327. I am in the process of changing the head gasket due to water in crankcase, hoping that is my problem and not a cracked head. I need to know the torque specs on the head bolts, small ones and large ones, and the torque sequence. Also, which cylinder is the No. 1 cylinder and how do I set the timing with the timing belt?

You really need to get a service manual, you don't want to get timing wrong it can cause serious engine damage.

Thanks for the reply. I was really hoping to get the info I needed without having to buy a book that would be used one time. Would the Seloc book tell me all I need to know to finish my project? Can anyone out there tell me how to set the timing? Thanks.
