Just bought an older model #BF75SA.It runs great for an old girl,but the
thing I am concerned about is the green oil light on the front of it.The light
at this time just stays off,and I was told recently that it should be on to
indicate the oil pump working.Is this true,and if so could it just be a burned
out bulb? Thanks for any insight to this problem.

Could be low oil pressure, bad oil pressure sender, bad bulb in light or a wiring problem.
