i have a 2004 model 25 hp honda outboard. I was fishing Saturday and thought the engine sounded a little different. I checked the oil and the dip stick showed to be overfull. The oil smelled like it had oil in the gas. Is this normal or do I have a problem.

May have a carb flooding over, probably need to remove and clean carbs.
