Cylinder compression for a BF75

I am looking at buying a 1980s vintage Honda BF75 (7-1/2 hp) with pull start. I ran a compression test and both cylinders read 90 psi. I'm used to seeing 110 -120 psi for Mercury outboards. Is 90 psi good for the BF75 or is this indicating a problem?
