Default Covert side contro; to top control on a 2002 130 hp Honda 4 stroke

I am changeing the side control to a top control.
I purchased from you a Honda right hand top control along with a bare switch panel.
After striiping the side panel I have one switch that I"m not sure what to do with. I belive it is the no start in gear switch. Do I disconect it and tape the bare ends or do I short it out. I would think it would be bare.
Also on the choke do I put a toggle switch in place of the momentary switch.
Thanks
Cliff

If you got a new Honda top mount control box it should already have the neutral safety switch in it.
The choke switch should be a momentary type switch.
