Default Choosing the correct prop for bf130

I have a bf130 on a 1800 Lund Fisherman and I need a prop that will increase my engines rpm.
Currently running a 13.25 by 17 and only turning 5500 rpm light and 5300~5400 loaded.
I would like to get this rpm up to redline (6000 or is it higher?) to improve the boats ability to get on plain.
It appears my only choice in getting a lower pitch would be to increase diameter, and there is clearance for a 13.75 dia.
Should I go with a 15 pitch or a 13 pitch to see 6000 rpm at wot?
I would like to achieve full rpm with a heavy load and would not be against having to back off the throttle with a light load to keep rpm out of the redline.
This is a counter rotating engine on a single installation.

Thanks
Ken

A 15 pitch would probably give about you 5800-5900 rpm's at WOT.
