Default charging system BF15A

In 2003 I puchased a Honda short shaft tiller steer hand start BF15A. Used it several years on a Avon inflatable, 2 years ago I installed it as a kicker motor on a 20' IO Aluiminum hull fishing boat. As I troll with the engine a lot I would like to install a charging system. I have acquired the external plug and wiring for the battery connection, and the internal plug and fuse holder. I believe I need the rectifier/regulato and the charge coil. As there are more than one part for this outboard could someone provide information for part numbers and installation of the parts. The serial number on the frame is
BAAS 1702XXX.

It should have regulator and charge coil already installed, look to see if does have the regulator on it.

Thank you for the response to my post but was informed by a local honda shop that the motor had a regulator and charge coil so I purchased the plugs, fuse holder and wire to complete the charge system and found at installation time that I could not locate the charge coil and regulator. After some reasearch I found on page 2 of my owners manual a foot note regarding the charging system "*Equipped type only" I now am certain this outboard is not equiped with the charging system. So if you could please provide the parts list with numbers I would purchase the remaining parts and have an outboard that is equipped type only.

So if you could please provide some information for me I would appreciate it. This unit not being so equiped do I need another flywheel? Honda part numbers for the charge coil and rectifier/requlator. I've spent sometime on boats.com where I find charging parts for this engine just not certain enough with the type designation to order parts for this unit.
If I read the owners manual correctly the type designation for my bf15a is SC, the C indicating a destination of Canada. I believe the US equivilent is SA. I purchased this unit new in 2003 in Chehalis WA.

That is interesting, I know it says in the manuals "if so equipped" but to be honest I have worked on many, many 7.5/8/9.9/15hp Hondas and I think the only one I've seen that DIDN'T come with a charge coil was one of the old white 7.5s... all the rest came with them from the factory, at least that I've seen. Maybe yours is rare! Either that or just Canadian.
