BF8A Year?
Can someone tell me the year of my Honda BF8A, S/N BACL1204440? Would greatly appreciate it.
I bought this little jewel used in 2000. Have been using it as a kicker on my 22' Trophy WAC on Lake Erie. You could not ask for a better motor. It runs for hours on end with no problems. I change the oil, fuel filter and plugs regularly and it just keeps on ticking. Treat 'em right and they'll treat you right! Have had to clean the carb twice in ten years - that's the only repair it has required.
