G'day I've looked at the serial number guidelines and got myself confused! Can someone interpret the year for my 2hp please.

Thanks for that. Another quick question, in idle the prop turns, is this ment to happen with the centrifugal clutch? Cheers in advance.

If running out of water prop may turn some but shouldn't with in water.
