I was curious to see how far I could go in my 16 ft canoe with one tank of fuel. The BF2D has a 0.26 us gallon capacity. I went over 10 miles ! I kept to a low throttle setting and enjoyed the view. This is one stingy outboard. Incredible mileage compared to a two stroke.
