BF25A - vibration isolators worn?

My BF25A makes a sound like someone is hitting a metal anvil with a ball peen hammer @ low RPM. The awful noise goes away when the motor is running @ any speed other than idle. The noise also goes away when the motor is in reverse. Is it possible the vibration isolators (lower rubber motor mounts) are worn out?
