BF25A Question

A friend of mine has a 25hp Honda outboard that we need to order some parts for. The model number on the tag says BF25A, and the serial number on the frame and registration is BAJS 3000728. When I'm looking up parts on this site BF25A is listed under 97 and older, but the motor has a epa tag and sticker that says 2006. Looking for the serial number 99 lists VIN# BAJS-3000001, and 200 lists VIN# BAJS-3200001. What do I look under to get the correct parts? I'm mainly looking for an impeller and gaskets, hopefully in a kit.

I can also add that the engine serial is BAJE 2001601. I think it's a 99, but don't understand why my model is BF25A instead of BF25AX

That serial is a model BF25AX SHSA which is a 1999 model year.
