Hello people. My name is Tony. I have just purchased a 2006 model bf225 without any controls, cables or harnesses. I have just purchased through boats.net everything I thought I would need but when it comes to harnesses for tacho and such I am not sure. I have just gone with the digital tacho and nothing else and just standard side mount control. The harness that I bought to connect from control to tacho does not have the six pin plug on remote control end. I presume I do need this to get my warnings for the ACG and PGM-F1. I also presume this connects to the green plug inside the engine. It seems daft that the harness I got "32540-ZY3-800AHR" has the plug on the tacho end for these indicators but not at the other end. Therefore they are not plugged into anything I guess. So can I get a harness that goes straight from engine to my tacho plug.

The harness you got plugs into the new style 7 wire key switch. Not sure which key switch you have.

Yes I have the new 7 wire key switch. But what I want to know is what I need to get from the six pin plug in engine to my digital tacho.. so all 4 warning alarms will work..
Sorry it has been so long but have got frustrated at lack of help..

Would need to use the 20 wire main engine harnes,
32205-ZY6-020AH 20FT
32205-ZY6-025AH 25FT
32205-ZY6-030AH 30FT
32205-ZY6-050AH 50FT
or use the main harness you have and add the Panel Indicator harness with 6 pin engine connector,
32185-ZY6-020AH 20FT
32185-ZY6-025AH 25FT
