Smile bf15ax vertical shaft bushing
Hello...does the vertical shaft bushing: 40210-ZV4-C30
BUSH, VERTICAL SHAFT (Honda Code 4556874).
have a rubber coating surrounding it, or does the housing have the rubber as part of it?

Yes I believe the bushing has rubber around it.
