I have a new-to-me 15A (I believe it to be a 2002). I pulled the lower end off to replace the impeller and found oil on the impeller and within the housing. I also observed oil on the shaft spline and down the sharft as well. Is there a bad seal somewhere, and if so, where?

Possible crankshaft seal leaking in engine.
