Default BF15A charging question
How is the best/easy way to check if the charging system is working. I hooked up a volt meter and it only shows 0.1 volts. (it was set to read 0-20v) I hooked up a 12v light bulb and it did not light. Any other way to test?

Connect voltmeter to battery, read battery voltage. Start engine and monitor battery voltage, should start to increase after a minute or so.
