Default BF150 Short block assy
Have damaged BF150 con rods,bearings. told by my mechanic its easy to get a complete short block assymble. My question is.Does the short block assy consist of pistons as well.

appreciate any possible assistance

Yes short has block, crank, rods, pistons and rings assembled.
