Have a 2004 BF40 that starts hard when cold.Warm starts are OK.Is there a mod for the bystart valve or a replacement valve that will improve cold starting.Selling dealer says that he has NEVER seen a problem with Cold starts on BF40,tells me I must not be pumping fuel bulb properly,although I am pumping it as hard as it will go.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks-TH
