B100S Service Questions

I have a B100s 10 hp...I need to perform service and replace the impeller, what other parts should I replace or check while I have it opened up?

do the thermostat also
change the lower unit fluid
get some prop spline grease to service that also

Sounds good, hopefully my shop manual will hit my mailbox today so I can get started. I read some old post and went with the OEM manual from Helm.
