Hi, my name is Alvin Mcphie. I am from Grenada. I have a Honda BF150A 2004 model. I bought the engine in 2004 and in February 1st I rebuild the engine with new crankshaft, bearings, rings and head gasket. It took about 40 turnover before it get starting up. It is starting up but every 5 or 10 seconds it keeps shutting down. But when we take out the crank sensor it starting and it working for about half an hour but it buzzing from the time it start until it shout down for half an hour. We did change the sensor and the same thing keep happening.

I need some ideas about what you think could be causing this problem and i will like to know how i can get the problem solve??

It needs to connected to computer diagnostic to test all sensors. Need to check that all sensors and harness are connected properly and all ground connections are clean and tight.
