90 four stroke will not run at high speed

I have had the gas removed and replaced, the carbs rebuilt, new pulgs.Ran fine then started running poorly and RPM dropped to 3500. Next day ran very well at 5500 RPM then dropped to 3500 again. Engine is a 2001. Any body else have this problem? It must be something electrical.

still ad fuel or fuel pump

try pumping primer bulb when dies out

This is just a guess, but if starting out fine then dropping, may be thermal related, maybe bad temp sensor?
