I have a sailboat with Edson wheel and Edson controls running a 2 stroke Nissan outboard. I have an 06 Honda 9.9DXHSC tiller motor I would like to install on this boat. Is there a kit or a way to just order the parts to do this conversion ? I would leave the start and kill button on the motor, just need to have the throttle and shift moved forward. Do I need new Honda control cables or can the Edson cables ends be adapted to fit the Honda engine ?
