50 HP top cylinder not firing
I have a 1997 50 HP honda. The water pump went out several weeks ago and I replaced it. It seem to be cooling fine but running rough. I pulled the plug wire on the top cylinder and determined that it was not firing. I then pulled and grounded the plug and it does have a spark. I next checked the compression and it is around 90 as well as cylinders 2 and 3, so I assume that the moter is not ****n. It has to be a fuel problem. What is the next step to remedy a fuel problem on this motor? I can't find a good shop manuel anywhere?
