35 Jet at WOT dies
I have a 35 Jet pre 1997 on a 15 ft on a Lowes Roughneck. The engine starts and sometimes there is a hisitation on acceleration but I can normally get on plane. I changed the gas, and I have been running sea foam through engine. The last time I took boat out it seem to run good but at WOT after 15 or 20 minutes the engine would die; like it was loosing fuel. I pump the primer bulb and I can start the engine back up and to seems to run fine. A few times when it acted up I could only run 1/4 throttle. I am using a 6 gallon plastic can and I can hear the air escape if I push down on the tank so I thint it is vented OK. I have new plugs and I recently cleaned gas strainer on engine. Any ideas?
Engine is also running a little rough at idle.
