Default 2007-200 alarm at low rpms

I have a 2007 Honda 200. I took it in for service and they changed the oil, replaced the water pump, and the thermostats. I didn't have any issues with the motor prior to this and $700 later I went fishing and when I started the motor, a red light came on and the alarm sounded. I turned it off and restarted it and it did fine. Went fishing about 20 miles out and ran fine the whole way. When I restarted the motor, it was vibrating/ sputtering and running rough at low rpm. Once I got it on plane, it straightened out until I restarted it at the next fishing spot and once again it was sputtering. When I got back to the launch, and idling in, it was sputtering, vibrating and then the check engine light came on and the alarm sounded. I turned the motor off and when I started it to put it on the trailer, it ran fine for a few seconds then as I got it on the trailer the check engine light came on and the alarm sounded again. Any help would be appreciated.

Could be a number of things including O2 sensor, need to have checked with computer diagnostic to see what fault codes were activated.
