Default 2003 200 HP prop play on shaft
How much should a prop slide on the shaft, I have about 3/16 movement on shaft is this normal if not can you buy splined shims to stop play and where might you get them.

Prop should be tight on prop shaft.

Can it be shimmed behind prop or can you buy washers that are cut to fit the spline

Are you sure it has correct prop thrust washers for that motor and that prop and prop nut is tight.
