Are there any audible over temperature alarms on a 2002 9.9 Honda? If over temperature occurs, does the motor shut down or go to idle speed or some other action?
The BF9.9D or BF9.9P models have warning system. If it is a remote control model then it has a warning buzzer in control and buzzer will sound and engine speed will be reduced if warning system is activated, tiller models only have the rpm reduction.
